Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills. Technical knowledge of maintenance systems and compliance regulations. Fluent English (B2), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills. Öhdəliklər Provide daily technical support to stores, perform repair works, and respond to emergency situations promptly. Build strong cooperation with contractors, negotiate costs, monitor efficiency, manage feedback, and lead tendering processes. Supervise electrical installations, fire safety systems, HVAC systems, low voltage/EAS systems, and conduct regular technical inspections. Set and monitor budgets for planned preventative and reactive maintenance, analyze data, and ensure cost efficiency. Oversee new store takeovers, verify technical project execution, and support construction and installation processes. Implement telemetry systems, manage water consumption, and monitor energy usage. Collaborate with Sales, Investment, Loss Prevention, IT, Lease, and CSR departments to provide technical expertise. Handle lifting, rearrangement, construction works, and store closings when required. Ensure all maintenance activities meet local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
