We are looking for a proactive hunter who can independently find new markets, identify opportunities, open doors and turn them into real business for Connex. Tələblər • 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or a related field • Fluent business English, both written and spoken • Strong research and analytical skills • Ability to independently identify potential clients and decision-makers • Experience using LinkedIn, procurement platforms and other business research tools • Strong professional communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of results Experience in telecommunications, IT, infrastructure, system integration or EPC is an advantage, but not mandatory. Öhdəliklər • Research and identify international markets, potential clients and projects • Identify relevant tenders, RFQs, RFPs and procurement opportunities • Find and establish direct contact with decision-makers and procurement teams • Manage vendor and contractor registration processes • Identify potential local partners and subcontractors in target markets • Initiate communication with prospective clients and arrange business meetings • Coordinate commercial and tender proposals with the technical team • Build and manage an international business opportunity pipeline • Research market-entry requirements and potential barriers in target countries • Present qualified opportunities to management with clear analysis and recommended next steps
